A controversial rule at Olympian high school would probably be the no straps less thick than 2 inches. I think this policy is really unfair, and unreasonable because- what's the difference between a 2 inch strap and a a strap. They both show the shoulder, and the back area. Another strap tanks top that Olympian doesn't accept is the razor back tank top, where the back shows a little bit more. I understand that it can show bra straps, but that can always be compromised. I think we should change this rule, because it's not revealing at all. The school says that it'll cause unnecessary attention on a girl; using euphemistic words that ultimately makes a female sound defenseless. It's almost borderline sexist. A revealing chest is a different topic, but I think that the school should allow any shirt WITH straps.

Controversial Rules- Spaghetti straps
